A special breed of people, found in Australia. Basically, Asian people that also display charectaristics of being bogan, such as wearing thongs all year round, having stubbies glued to their hands and being VERY loud.
This is the result of ultimate multiculturalism and blending of cultures.

this was originated from macungie, PA where a barbeque was taken place. a drunk man (the bbq griller) asked if someone wanted their "boan tusted". no one knew what it mean't at first, but then realized that the man was trying to say "do you want your bun toasted?" it now refers to grilling while hammered.

i went to this 4th of july family barbeque and my uncle was hardcore boan tustin'!

When posting to an internet discussion forum, it is another way to say "bitch and moan" without having the words be scrambled by the "offensive language" sensors or having the posting refused altogether because of "offensive language."

I was trying to rant about how much Obama likes to whine and blame others, but the site wouldn't let me post the phrase: "bitch and moan."
