One of those words that no matter how many times you type it you always spell wrong. It is almost entirely a phenomenon of the digital age in which the majority of written communication is produced through a series of strokes on a keyboard. While the term may also appear in hand-written or otherwise produced documentation, its occurrence there stems more from poor spelling skills than tactile misfires. See also appreacite

specifically, its like twin but SO much better in terms of complimenting
