When someone creates a hypothetical claim of others being biased against them.

Anne: I want to take over your house Tom because I am Italian and Romans occupied the city of bath in the 5th century.
Tom: But this is my house you must be joking.
Anne: No, my God Jupiter proclaimed the city of Bath on it. I will take over your house now.
Tom: No.
Anne: You are anti-Jupiterite. Shoots Tom for being Anti-Jupiterite.
Tom: Dead and confused how he got blamed for being Anti-Jupiterite for saying he has the claim to his house.
