Aczone 

Created in 2009, Aczone is a new type of acne medication similar to Benzaclin. This medication is less potent to its competitor Oxy, but is perscription only. Aczone is a topical gel applied to the face to remove inflamation, swelling, pimples, and other such unsightly additions to the face.

The act of temporarily forgetting an acronym, and needing to look it up, or ask a friend what it stands for.

Simply, "speaking in, or the language of, acronyms", including the abbreviated jargon of the particular subculture in which the acronymns develop. This results in different kinds of acronese, just like there are different languages. There are also unspoken rules of form in each subculture. So, in the IT world, TLA is a "Three Letter Acronym", but FLA is not a "Four Letter Acronym". That is too obvious, and would violate the unspoken rule that IT people are to look down and intimidate all other lesser mortals as inferior beings. So, XTLA is the proper form, an "Extended Three Letter Acronymn".

In computing acronese, the "IT Ten T" translates as "Moronic User Error". It is written as "ID10T!"
In the early acronese of letter-writing, LOL meant "lots of love". In acronese of social text messaging, it means "Laugh out Loud!" PIMP LOL means, "Pee in my pants laughing out loud!"

Acroneese 

A language commonly found wherever the written or spoken word is found. It transcends many cultures, languages, and writings. It is a high-level usage of acronyms as part of regular conversation or writing to those versed in what the acronyms mean. It can be commonly found in companies or research areas where the amount of wording to talk in plain English would totally exhaust the amount of paper available or the amount of listening or speaking anyone could endure.

Example
Instant messaging uses Acroneese to a great degree. If you are not aware of the meanings, it sounds like a foreign language or one from another planet. If Acroneese was not used here, texting minutes would go exponential compared to where is is now.

If you ever watch some medical shows depicting emergency room situations,Acroneese is a part of the language used.
