actionhead 

One that requires the need for extreme action, in all media types ( movies, games, life, etc) Someone who loves to see intense explosions and mayhem, they tend to dislike books, and they're usually impatient.

Guy: I'm going to go on a bike ride
Actionhead: I'm going to go on a bike ride with guns and explosions in the background
Guy: Right on, actionhead.

actionquest 

basically a sailing program located in teen tour like areas (i.e. the british virgin islands, the galapagos, austrailia, thailand, the mediterranean, etc.). AQ is 3 weeks of pure water-sport, repulsive, "i cant believe i ate that", dirty, sweaty, unbelievable, wet, loud, bleach-stained, sand castle building, sunburned fun, which will ultimately changes your life (for the better, of course)
