7,8-dihydroxyflavone (Tropoflavin) is a supplement that is an antioxidant. It has also been found to
act as a potent and selective
small-molecule agonist of the tropomyosin receptor kinase B (TrkB), the main signaling receptor of the neurotrophin

By stacking amphetamine or other stimulants with Tropoflavin, you can prevent brain damage. However, you can't prevent cardiotoxicity.
