This is commonly used when a really bad YouTuber relishes a video that is a 3:00am challenge, and is just filled with lies. People who make this type of content are people that can find anything productive to do.

3:00 AM is the witching hour, when the devil, demons, and ghosts are at it's strongest. Some say if you wake up at this hour, somebody is watching you. Another thing is, there might be footsteps, unusually loud. And theres a legend that if you do something, ex: talking to Siri, playing games, making something, could result in something unusually frightening.

Alot of clickbait YouTubers use the legend that 3:00 Am is cursed and that if you're awake at 3:00 am you're going to be able to summon demons or that you're going to die. The most infamous YouTuber that does "3:00 am Challenges " is JayStation.
