rahim is a suffix can generally is used to refer as "annoying". Being a Rahim (people with -rahim in their name) NEVER actually means you are always annoying. Instead, this refers to when a good person is annoying you and fits the description (This happens rarely). Rahims are very good friends.

The word Ibrahim (Ib+rahim), means "the opposite of annoying"
