hexa bootsie

Hexa meaning hella (or very) and bootsie is often used for uncool so the term hexa bootsie refurs to "very uncool"

Sometimes, like the words sick or damn, it has the opposite meaning so it mean "very cool" (i use it this way)

so "damn... that girl is hexa bootsie" could mean "wow that girl is hot"

Name of many warlocks on World Of Warcraft that have no clue what they are doing. All they do is pad meters and then complain that their class is underpowered.
