Get the You Need Jesusmug. She means "I want to whine, bitch, and nag about something you did, known and unknown to you!" It can also mean that she has nothing worth saying at all. Be prepared for a half-hour impromptu sermon on whatever she has on her mind (and that would me many random things).

I've been looking at psychiatrists in our area, and I've found a couple good ones for you to talk to. With what you've been going through, it's clear. You need help, and there's nothing wrong with that. I'm not angry with you, and you're not in trouble.
Please don't blame yourself.
