If you want to make someone really think you say the truth, this is the best expression you can use.

McArdle

A boss who manipulates others to do all of their work while they take full credit for it. A boss who shows no appreciation and recognition to a worker.

Why is my boss such a McArdle? He has me doing all of his work while he gets paid the big bucks and I get no recognition or credit.
