When you are talking and come to someone's dialogue, and you want to sum up what the person said without actually saying it, replace the person's dialogue with this.
Usually used to express anger or disapproval; bitching

Man I got it yesturday. I told my mom I got an F on my report card and she was all like "Durrrrrrrrrr"
