Vaginal Knitting 

Knitting from wool that has been inserted into ones vagina. Term coined by Australian TV channel SBS2Australia in reference to performance art "Casting Off My Womb" by artist Casey Jenkins

Everyday I take a new skein of wool that's been wound so that it will unravel from the center and I stick it up inside me... and then I pull out the thread and perform vaginal knitting.

Knitting A Sweater 

From an episode of Grey's Anatomy. Meredith takes a vow of celibacy and replaces sex with knitting to keep her mind busy. When a man asks her out on a date she tries to find an excuse to say no and simply says "I am knitting a sweater." This term is to be used when you have decided to make a willing and conscious effort to not date or have sex.

Joe: "Hey Kelly do you want to go to a movie with me on Friday night?"
Kelly: "Sorry I can't, I'm knitting a sweater."

Mary: "I am SO sick of men's bullcrap. I am going to start knitting a sweater!"

knitpacker 

1. highly prudish and high-strung person (usu. white female) from upper-middle class suburbs who can't stay out and have a good time because she has to go home and 'pack' or 'knit' or other such assinine 'obligations'

2. also, someone (usu. white female) who cannot refrain from delivering minute and unjustified critism, i.e. nit-pick

Guy: Why're you going home so early... it's Friday night!

knitpicking

When finishing a knitting project, there are ends of yarn that stick out. "Knitpicking" is the act of removing these ends of yarn.

Knitpicking is given this name because it is tedious and time-consuming, and is something many knitters hate.

Knitpicking is done by taking a needlepoint needle or similar and running the excess yarn under the inside of the garment several times, then cutting off the excess.
