Youkol is a tribe of nomadic people that live around asia they are a very spiritual tribe where the spirits guide their life the youkols migrate to yakasthan using they're so called snow ostriches. The youkols are short people.

Youko Kurama 

The full name of the yu yu hakusho chatacter, Kurama. Youko is a fox demon who, in order to escape permanent death by a hunter, sent his soul to the Living World (Ningenkai) from Demon World (Makai), where he was born ("reincarnated") as a human boy, Shuiichi Minamino.
Then going by Kurama to those who know his demon secret, he meets up with Hiei first (with whom he is close friends), then the other characters.
He is both Youko AND Shuiichi, which causes him its own set of problems.

Youko 

Youko is one of the most amazing females you could ever meet. She truly is one of the best things that will ever happen to you. She is usually really short, beautiful, and sometimes a real dummy, but she will make you smile no matter what mood you're in or how bad your day was. Her name coming from Japanese origin means sunshine which is truly amazing because the word sunshine itself describes her personality, she is my sunshine and I plan to keep this sunshine to myself. If you can find yourself a female or male like this never ever let them go, although they do make mistakes they are just human.. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time second chances are always a thing which is something everyone tends to forget about. So if you find yourself a Youko don't ever let them go and let them know you truly love them before they're gone.

this usage based off the popular Boston baseball ball player well known for missing lots and lots of games with very questionable "injuries" such as stiff neck, splinter in finger, hurt toe, sprained labia etc.
