accidentally upvoting a post on yik yak that you meant to downvote (and vice versa). Yakcidents suck because you can't undo a yakcident. Also used as yakcidental and yakcidentally.

A pile or puddle of nondescript goop left by an unidentified family member, usually a dog or a cat or another non-human, ambulatory creature.

Careful where you walk; one of the cats had a yakcident in the living room this morning and there might be more that I haven't discovered yet.

Pakcident 

A road traffic accident where there is an Asian involved and always at fault.
Commonplace in the UK.

D: How come them 15 pakis were standing on the hard shoulder next to that Toyota Carina E?

E: Looks like he hit the central reservation, must have been a Pakcident.

Wakcident 

A road traffic accident, prodomently occuring in the UK, involving Women Pakis (Wakis) who are uninsured and covered by a blanket Community Licence. They generally can't see over the steering wheel of their vehicle and almost always are wearing Burkahs at the time of the Wakcident. After the Wakcident there is very little exchange of English. The Waki is always at fault.

D: Man wtf was that?

E: You're fucked, a Carina E has just ploughed into the side of you, it doesn't look like anyone is driving.

D: Fuck, i know what this is, it's a Wakcident.

Don Imus really created a major yackcident when he foolishly uttered his infamously disgraceful "nappy-headed hos" remark.

yincident 

Generally speaking, yin is characterized as an inward energy that is feminine, still, dark, and negative. On the other hand, yang is characterized as outward energy, masculine, hot, bright, and positive. With a yincident I see it as a painful, annoying, event or occurrence.
