One answers a questions by talking/saying words and alot of them, even the same ones over and over just to make noise , but this has no meaning..- this tactic is used by people who think there of higher intellect but are not and cannot answer a question..-

That poetry guy is a mean wordslinger. His critical approach to the current cultural and political landscape is bang on target.
