Basically a person on welfare, a quick slang to use rather than say "susan is on welfare" you can say "susan is a welfarian". Little more spicey and hot.

Being cool in a cooler way than everyone else. Where 'cool' means smoking, drinking, bleaching your hair and generally being a chav, being Weloriantatious means you are your own genre, you do things differently which in turn makes you cool, except, not cool, weloriantatious.
