It mean that a girl hooks up with a guy for a night, usually after drinking. The girl makes sure that she is satisfied, and then sends him on his way. All of this ends with the guy getting nothing from the girl. This results in a sense of pride for the girl.

It originated on college campuses in Atlanta and is now spreading to other Georgia colleges.

After we finished playing power hour I went back to my place and weinigered the cute baseball player.

(Doug Winger is a furry artist who typically draws hermaphrodites with excessively large genitalia.)
