Water Shot

When a heroin addict cannot access the product and is having an urge to shoot up, the addict will inject water into the system. This either clears out what was in the needle and gives a small effect or gives the addict the satisfaction of going through the injection process to temporarily relieve the urge.

I was so desperate and broke I did a water shot.
