They may or may not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, but they feel the flow and are fluid with it. Usually positive vibes are felt from other people, sound waves or light rays to become wavey.

An attractive or "cute" girl, most likely a 6 or 7 out of 10, who is just above the cutoff of no hookup potential and initially below relationship or multiple hookup potential. If she performs well, her chances of sticking around dramatically increase. Similar to a fantasy football player you pick up to replace a poorly performing, injured, or bye-week player.

Waiver Wire Whore

One who picks up other Managers' backups off of the waiver wire in fantasy sports leagues, thus essentially fucking the other manager. The term was made famous back in 2001 when Non Solo picked up Dominic Rhodes, backup to Edgerrin James of the Indianapolis Colts in an attempt to fuck James' owner, the fabled Vinny Marlins organization.

Non Solo is such a waiver wire whore, he never drafts a good team.
