a coherent set of related elements derived from refraction. the word 'transfraction' is the chiral partner of the word 'universe' in the sense that 'universe' is a verb describing cosmic ingathering while transfraction describes the outwarding of the same. this logically renders the cosmos as the only example of transfraction inasmuch as it is the only example of a universe.
The word 'rainbow' falls short of a transfraction because it only defines frequencies of light that are in the visible spectrum. The universe is the only example of transfraction because only the concept of the cosmos encompasses its own entirety
