A torebacula is a way I used to describe scary lookin tweeker chicks. They usually have picked at faces and missing teeth also followed by slutty dirty clothes.These chicks can usually be found in dumpsters, dumpster diving or at VFW's trying to "service" old men for cash to get a fix.
