Southern way to say “to him” or “to them”
(both sound the same when you say it)
(to’em used for a “him”): He’s got a nice look to’em, must get all the ladies swoonin’.”

(to’em used for “them”): I ain’t sure ‘bout them ladies over there bud... They got that crazy look to’em.)
