The Pierre effect is named after f1 driver Pierre Gasly. He wears his hat backwards most if not all the time. It’s used when other drivers also wear their hats backwards and look mighty fine.

The effect is named after the French Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly. Who started the trend by his way of wearing hats backwards to races. The effect describes best as going from normal good looking to making peoples palms sweating, hearts beating, making them swoon and go "HOLY MOLY HE IS HOT".
