when one person's perspective of a situation is different to those who were involved in the situation. Usually when the person who was not involved finds said situation funny, even though it was not funny for those involved.
one person had a very drunk evening out where they picked arguments, were sick, had relations with people they wouldn't have usually and caused much drama and upset amoung the social group. To another friend who was not present, this all sounds rather entertaining. This person is looking at the situation with a 'view from the burger chair'.
