Usually beginning with the phrase "bah gawd" and ending with "damnit", Jim Ross proclaims it with vigor & excitement. In reality, during a match involving Kane, he actually said a very subdued version of that. But, as with much in pro wrestling, it took a very exaggerated form. Most wrestling fans assume he said it in that way, when in reality it was in much softer tones. Nowadays, as an internet meme, it's told by many people who aren't even wrestling fans at all. It's now a pop culture meme.
