Person A: Let's set up a charity and recruit volunteers to provide face masks to hospitals and health organisations at purchase price.

Person B: Why don't we set up a separate stealthy for-profit business for big deals with governments so that we can pocket millions ourselves? Screw the volunteers and tax payers!
