A general term for anyone who is a fan of the anime Mobile Suit Gundam Seed, whether they be intelligent or extremely dumb. Most have been spawned by it airing on YTV and Cartoon Network, 90% if them being morbidly obese and have no working social life, so they have to spam the forums dead with such phrases as:

A personality metaphor for a man who avoids discomfort, even when it is necessary for growth. Like a seedling that never pushes through the soil, he stays where life feels safe and familiar. He avoids difficult conversations, responsibility, failure, or change, not because he lacks potential, but because discomfort feels overwhelming. As a result, he remains stuck while others continue to grow.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
