Anyone who resorts to the use of such slang terminology as found in the urban dictionary. Someone who is a shining example of the sad state of the educational system in the United States.
A spurg is of the level of human intelligence that requires communication of a nature that differs from the proper terminology of their predominant language.
A spurg can be wealthy or poor, young or old, homo or hetero, male or female, from any place throughout the world.
A spurg has one mindset: being worshiped, revered, adored, admired, awed. (Thought of as COOL)

A spurg is seen everywhere, in the media especially, a spurg is what most humans aspire to be, without even knowing it. A spurg doesn't have the ability to standardize without some kind of example.
A spurg has a "cud" or dumb mindset that cannot fathom anything in and of itself, anything new, a spurg 's mindset must have something to compare a thought or idea to, in order to understand.

A person who falsely labels someone alt-right when they don't know what it means, will lie and smear without evidence, will ignore counter arguments. Probably lives with their mom. Smell like an alcoholics carpet

Snurging 

To gain erotic pleasure from the sniffing of bicycle saddles.

Traditionally, the snurger would be an old man and the target
of his nasal attention would be a saddle recently vacated by a young lady.

sperg out 

To reveal the depth of a nerdy, trivia-centered hobby or obsession in an emotional way. This includes debating with other nerds about tiny minutiae and becoming agitated in the process. Most internet forums and wikis could not survive without people sperging out all over the place.

'Sperg' comes from Asperger's Syndome, an autism-spectrum disorder that can manifest itself in obsessive behaviour, and which is commonly self-diagnosed by spergin' nerds who can't otherwise explain away their broken personalities.

Todd sperged out on a massive scale, writing a seventy-page Wookieepedia entry about lightsabers all by himself. The writer of this UrbanDictionary entry sperged out by writing a definition of 'sperg out'.
