From the mullet family. This is a common find in the spanish sections of towns. Commonly found in mexico and surrounding U.S states.

This brand of mullet can be hostile in packs and are often nasty after a few tequilas

upon my trip to mexico, I noticed in the run down parts of the city a wild pack of spullets coming towards me.

An individual that displays an extraordinary amount of ineptitude. A considerable amount of work is required to render this individual useful. Has spud like qualities but not deserving of Spud status.
Examples include:
- Comes to work without knowing what he/she is doing there.
- Using personal opinions as fact, then challenging these facts without knowledge.

Skullet 

When the hair at one's forehead recedes giving way to more scalp. At times, people may grow out the back in mullet fashion in order to compensate, others may keep what is left high and tight in military fashion, there are also other who have a comb-over to try to cover it. All in all, it's a strong receding hairline that calls attention to itself.

See that gentleman in the corner booth, he may deny it, but he has a prominent skullet.
