A religion that is when you pray upon a tiny spoon that is on top of a Christmas tree. Every night at 9:30 PM pray to the spoon in hopes life goes well. Every Sunday church will be held at 9:00 so please join us. (don't worry its not a cult <3)

spoonerism

A word or phrase created by swapping the initial letters (or first consonant sounds) of two words or syllables to get a new word word or phrase. The spelling doesn't have to be correct, only the pronounciation is important. The term "spoonerism" was named after Reverend W.A. Spooner (1844-1930).

Not to be confused with anagrams, palindromes, and other word games.

- "Peas and carrots" is a spoonerism of "keys and parrots"
- "tea bags" becomes "bee tags"
- "trail mix" becomes "mail tricks"
- "Save the whales" becomes "wave the sails"
- "forearm" becomes "oar farm"

spoonism is the rare cult/religion of the spoon species. The sacred spoon is their leader and to show that they are all part of the spoonism religion they each wear a small spoon necklace around their necks. They are often inclined to buy small objects representing or symbolising spoons in their prime to show their respect to the spoon gods.
