A spedizure can be described as a sudden onset of erratic movements and reflexive actions caused by an overwhelming surge of impulsive energy throughout the brain, resembling the characteristics of a seizure, but more special and acoustic.

A spedizure (Also known as sped or special seizure) is a neurological disorder characterized by the rapid spread of abnormal electrical activity in the brain, leading to seizures that involve involuntary actions and reflexes. It is when the spedness spreads thru one's brain until they start having a seizure filled with sped actions and sped reflexes. Individuals who have spedizures commonly do not act like themselves, they act in very concerning ways that indicate they are special. Spedizures typically last a couple of hours, and if they last longer than usual this person may be showing early signs of a mental illness (one of which might be schizophrenia)

In video games, when you are struck or exposed by a weapon or mechanic that causes blindness in your character.

examples: flashbangs, concussion grenades, blinding flashlights, etc.

going into a religious based seizure that was seemingly induced by some kind of preacher, but is really the persons own doing. check out benny hinn on youtube, or that movie jesus camp.

The term can also be used when someone is buggin' out over something trivial

"what kind of church is this? pastor is knockin people out, givin everyone jesus seizures"
or

Noob seizure 

When one is attempting to kills a noob in a game such as Call of Duty, and the noob freaks out and randomly knifes/shoots in the air, in most cases ultimately achieving nothing and dying. However, in some bullshit cases, the noob somehow kills you by some incredibly feat of God.

"Haha, what an idiot. I got a free kill cause the stupid had a noob seizure."

"That guy just had a freakin noob seizure and killed me!"
