shake'n'bake tan

n. A tan achieved by going to a tanning salon. Indistinguishable from a natural tan in the summer, but sticks out like a sore thumb in the middle of winter. Almost as silly as a when a believable hairpiece gets blown off in a wind storm.
Not to be confused with a bottle tan.

1. What Ricky Bobby (played by Will Ferrell) uses in "Talladega Nights". "Shake and bake are "two verbs, they go good together, they rhyme..."

2. Shake 'n Bake is a food brand asset owned by Altria Group and was first introduced in 1965. It's a product made from mostly bread crumbs and spices designed to coat chicken before baking.

Shake n Bake

A one pot method of cooking methamphetamine. Called Shake n Bake because you have to 'shake' the bottle to get the reaction going. Shake uses anhydrous ammonia in the place of red phosphorus to extract methamphetamine from ephedrine by way of a chemical reaction when mixed with lithium. Originally used as a cut for P2P and red phos dope.

Anyone with a little instruction can do a Shake n Bake cook.
