When someone/something is kind off dirty, rough, in bad shape, cheap and overall musty, but still in a way slightly cool

For example drinking cheap beers outside on the street, you would be slummet.
Or a neighbourhood with a lot of poor people and trash.

You could also be slummet if you went to a party, got hammered, slept with a chick, and woke up early the next morning to leave before she woke up.
Example 1:
Friend 1: Bro lets get wasted tonight!
Friend 2: Dude, its a weekday, you're so slummet.

Example 2:

Friend 1: Why do you always sag your pants
Friend 2: You know i'm a slum king

Slummerville

Old nickname of Somerville, MA, a geographically small (but most densely-populated space in New England) area bordering Cambridge, MA, five minutes from downtown Boston. This term of classist disdian came into being in the 1950s as it was a student refuge from Cambridge real estate prices (Somerville is a minutes walk to Harvard) and a haven for immigrants and blue collar workers. Within the last twenty years, Somerville housing has skyrocketed and is now seen as one of the hippest places to live in the Boston area, as excellent bars, nightclubs, and restaurants proliferate the areas around Porter, Davis, Union, and Inman squares.
Somerville used to be called Slummerville back in the '50s.

Henrietta: Hello, Marmaduke. You look tired. Hectic night?

Marmaduke: Yah. Went incognito up to the council estate and visited a public house doing Karaoke. Smoked forty fags, sang five songs, ate fish and chips and made out with a single parent mother.

Henrietta: Yuk! You slummer.
