A skroingle baby (noun.) is formally used to describe the most evil a person can be. Skroingle babies use all their free time to plot revenge on enemies, people who have offended them. One day, all skroingle babies will take over the world. Skroingle babies are born evil, many spend their free time in octopus costumes at strip clubs.
