An obvious beginner skier or snowboarber who decides to get cocky and try black diamonds. he then gets to scared to do anything.

A person who is very bad at skiing or snowboarding who is always falling. usually falling right in front of a person.

1.The retard on skis who is constantly cutting you off as you go down the hill on your skis/board.

2.The tourist skier wearing jeans and a sweatshirt in below freezing weather.

Joe: Geez, sorry it took so long for me to get down to the lift! There was a ski-tard in front of me the whole time.

Ski-tard

A term referring to a snowboarder or skier that is awful at said sport. Generally, a skier or snowboarder that slams into innocent people on the slopes.

A special form of retardation mainly appearing in a half man/ half dinosaur creature known as the Ski. Condition is also common among many individuals of Polish descent. Skitardation is known to cause massive stupidity, social retardation, inability to communicate in english or any language for that matter, snaggle teeth, severe twitching ( AKA "Skiezures), and long-term virginity often lasting well into the thirties.
