an individual who alternates back and forth between the two SAME two institutions of "higher" learning; note: to earn the distinction of being a true siitari one must have physically gone back and forther between these school TWO times.

also, someone who is quite gregarious (its not all bad!)

andrew.....i mean andrea siitari keeps alternating between a "school" in Iowa and a school in Wisconsan (but, hopefully the streak ends soon)
