Shitmaxxing

A strategy used to build bodily mass, in which one holds in his/her feces in to increase the productivity from a workout. The goal of shitmaxxing is to hold your feces in until you're at least finished with your workout. The longer one holds his/her shit in, the larger the gains. The basic theory behind shitmaxxing is that the uncomfortable feeling caused by holding your feces in incites a flight or fight reaction, leading to an increase in testosterone and adrenaline production. This in turn leads to more reps, more sets, longer sessions and more gains.

I started shitmaxxing and my gains increased by ~27%. Gaining mass has never been easier!

slowmaxxing is the pinnacle of a slow paced life. It is a term popularized on Twitter by @robyns_quill. Its derivatives are snailmaxxing or the "Kyle Anderson" Method. Take your time with the little mundane things and see how much more you will appreciate life and God's creation. Less anxiety, more gratitude.

This morning i woke up early and i took 15 minutes making my pour over coffee. Later tonight, im baking the cookie dough i left chilling in the fridge for 48 hours. Yeah, i guess you can say i've been slowmaxxing.

Yo you want to come over later? I slow maxxed yesterday and prepared a 24-hour brisket.

Sodmaxxing

The act of playing the game World of Warcraft, Season of Discovery, at the expense of your health, and financial welfare. When "Sodmaxxing", a person ceases to want to do everything but play SOD to the point that they lose their entire life and mental awareness of the world
