Shittower

Shittower is Something you do before getting dressed to go to work you take a shit and then immediately shower.

However in some extreme circumstances and if you are in a real hurry you can combine the act of shiting and showering to just one act of shittowering.

I just finished my coffee and i am going to shittower and get out here.

Operation Shutdown

to basically quit working while still remaining at work because you don't agree with the way things are being handled or just because you don't care anymore. Staying on break permanently due to protest without actually going on strike.
