Sokrates at first might come off as a douche or as a rude person but when you get to know him you find that he's not any of those he's a rather nice, rational and intellectual person that's fun to talk to. When sokrates loves someone he loves hard constantly thinks about her, he loves too much which is why he gets hurt too much. If you love sokrates as much as he loves you he'll make you the happiest person ever.
