An elder or person above 50 years old who is on their phone a lot. Specifically an old man who has glasses and has to holds his phone far away to read it. Can also be used to retaliate against a senior calling a teenager a screenager

My grandma spends all her time at the computer now that I taught her to surf the web. She's a screenior citizen.

An person who spends all their time in front of the TV or Computer (screens).

1. Ugh, my 15 year old sister is such a screenior citizen, she's always on facebook.
