Da standard progression of adolescents.

There are exceptions, of course, but da general routeen is puberty, voice-breaking, acne, raging hormones, moodiness, and confusion. Not necessarily in that order! :P

A standard set of daily activities practiced by an adolescent.

As unstructured and undisciplined as the young folks of today are, I don't know if many of them even HAVE a bleepin' routeen! :P
