Gingers have also been known to make the streets unsafe in Rouveen,
back in 2001 the inhabitants of rouveen tried to get acces to electricity, they failed miserably and set fire to the whole town. The population shrinked by 78% that day, since then noone has made attempts to bring electricity to the town since the local chruch forbids it. (also refer to amish)
