ravexcore

Ravexcore, properly spelled "RaveXcorE", is a group of Metal-Heads who, when under the influence of alcohol, love to listen to Trance, Techno, and Happy Hardcore. The group originaly started in Effingham, Illinois in early 2007. The main theme of the group was to rebel against Strait-Edgers, who were begining to have an influence in the area. RaveEcorE became know after they created a Myspace page. The members of the group all have numbers, the founding members being #1, #13, #XXX (30), #420, and #666.
At one time, all members had earlobes stretched to 5/8. Before becoming members, one must recite the anthem of RaveXcorE, "I'm A Raver" by DJ Rankin. The raves, refered to as "Meetings" usually take place on Friday/Saturday. The offical drink of ravexcore is "The Sunny Driver", a mix of Vodka and Sunny-D. The now infamous, "RaveXcorE Night Of Mischief" took place on April 2, 2007. Video footage of this and other events are said to be lurking on the internet, including the "Terrorist" video. As of now, it seems to be only an Effingham thing, but popularity could be growing.

A type of group and/or person who listens to rave music (house, techno, electronica, etc.) and participates in raving activities such as dancing to rave music with glowsticks, black lights, strobe lights, etc. constantly.

One of those girls who clearly oils her hair down, huge hoop earrings and listens to entirely Jay-Z or Lil Kim. Shops entirely at Rave, and all of her accessories from Claries/Icing. Owns more thongs saying "Playette", "Let's Go Play", or "Sexy Tarts" than she does of anything else. Often seen dating wiggers. Absolutely disgusting.

Genre of music that mixes deathcore and heavy metal, named because of what happens during the songs such as moshing so hard you rape your band mates or make orgasm sounds.

ravecore [RXC]

a sub-genre of music that extends to people. ranges from rave, drum and bass, nu rave, nintendocore, electropop, dance, and even trip hop. this term used as a label is not limited to kandi kidz, and in fact is not directed to them. those who state themselves as 'RXC' are not bound by a certain behavior or set of friends and have been known to belong to groups such as SXC (straight-edgers), hardcores, scenekids, and even gangs. the term most accurately refers to the love of electronic music rather than lifestyle of the listener.
