The term appears to have been developed by one Chiflado while posting status updates on his Facebook and featured the term "RALG" or long hand "Riendome A Lo Gacho" which combined a literal use of "riendome"--which means "laughing"--with regional slang "gacho" -- an all purpose word that in this case means "alot". Thus Riendome A Lo Gacho=RALG.
