Derived from the term "Machine Gunner".
Someone who constantly makes bad puns. So many puns come out of his mouth so fast he could be compared to a machine gun. He'll have the whole party groaning after the fifth joke.
Ironically, "Machine Punner" is a pun off the term Machine Gunner
