Punchdrunk

A popular term used to describe how you feel after driving or working long periods of time.

Basically what happens is your brain turns to jello. Your unable to sleep well or communicate in a normal fashion . You may slur your words or laugh easily at the stupidest things . You feel drunk but your sober as hell.

The best way handle being punch drunk is to sleep it off or get a nice bottle of red and actually be drunk . You deserve it !!

I was punchdrunk after spending a long weekend working 16 hour shifts . When I took a shower I couldn't remember if I washed my hair . So I must have washed it 3 times .

I couldn't stop giggling at Trumps haircut and I found the word Mississauga impossible to say..

When one has been sleep deprived and acts similar to one who has consumed too much alcohol.
Generally leads to saying things one would not say when punchdrunk, strange behavior, and general amusement by those around the individual.

Dude: I was so punchdrunk last night I did a striptease on the table! In front of Joey!
Other dude: Dayum. *laughs hysterically*

A term used to describe someone behaving in a bewildered, confused, or dazed manner from having been physically, mentally or emotionally punched.
Commonly used phrase for Dementia pugilistica - a neurological disorder which may affect boxers and wrestlers who receive multiple dizzying blows to the head.
A phrase sometimes used to explain dazed behavior.

"He lost a fight tonight, his girlfriend broke up with him, and he's getting evicted tomorrow. He's punch drunk, give him a break!"

While on the dance floor by yourself, begin to throw wild punches up, down, left, right and in circles. After 2 minutes of successful punches, you should begin to spark the attention of others who may either be in utter shock or admiration. Those in admiration will proceed to throw sporadic punches with you. You have officially started the party off right with the punch drunk dance.

After your last final of the first semester of law school you proceed to get hammered with classmates at a local bar. At the bar, you have consumed more than 5 drinks within 30 minutes. You begin to "hear the beat" from the bar's jukebox and walk to the middle of the dance floor. Punches naturally flow from your body like bruce lee with dementia. Consequently, you provoke classmates to do the same. The title of such classic dance moves is called the "punch drunk dance." *Warning: Blows to the face may occur.
