POTUS Interruptus

an American president who has a tendency to pull out of deals and accords. Originally used by Fox News to describe President Trump after he decided to pull out of the Iran deal and talks with North Korea.
He's POTUS Interruptus - he'll pull out of anything! The Iran deal, the Paris Climate Accord, the TPP, you name it!

Poets of the Fall are an amazing band that hardly anyone has ever heard of outside of Europe. Pisses all over every other band that is out there. And then some. Check out their music on their website, or the repulsive phenomenon that is known as myspace.
Example: Poets of the Fall are the musical form of heaven.

POTUS Interruptus

The State of the Union address given each year by the President of the United States. From POTUS (President Of The United States) + Interruptus ("Interruption")

So named due to the modern practice of the attendees to stand and/or applaud at every other sentence which contains a statement or policy initiative favored by one party or another.
American Idol will be pre-empted tonight because of the POTUS Interruptus.

Man did you watch the POTUS Interruptus last night? With all the clapping it took 2 hours to give a 20 minute speech!
