A slang term used in some cities in Ontario to describe a ditzy/stupid individual. The term is often used sarcastically or with affection to highlight a stupid expression/action/decision. When capitalized "PMARIA" it is usually meant in a far harsher context. To insult an individuals stupidity or lack of intelligence. See pfish

RCN Pariah

A really ghetto place where children fear for there lives. When children log on brawl stars, they will be enslaved by the wealthy and greedy slave owners. As a result of this, the club has gained a reputation of being the worst because the president is horrible and trash and not 40k. Absolutely the worst.

A social outcast, one who doesn't fit in with the morals of society. Derived from the caste sytem, in which it was the lowest one could be.
