1. Alleged hair cream or putty used to give asian bands or anime hair an anti-gravity, cockatoo effect. Varies with styles such as "Sasuke-style" or "L-style" or "Jae-joong atyle" depending on bird species. Also used: plofficle(adj); the Ploffnetic Force Field; oh my ploff; ploff this.

2. Word derived of poofy and fluffy.
"Good afternoon, sir, could we interest you in some ploffy?"
"Ploffy? Did you say.. PLOFFY?"
"Yes sir, with or without nuts?"
"PLOFFY! PLOFFFYYY!!! PLLOOFFFYYY!!!!!"

Kakashi from Naruto's hair was a style obtained from overuse of ploffy, and causing a massive ploffy explosion (ploffsplosion).
